Nancysul provides consulting services in tax planning, corporate governance, and private portfolio management, including executive mentorship programs on long-term asset protection, capital diversification, and economic sustainability strategies. The services are intended exclusively for successful entrepreneurs and legal entities.
The User undertakes to provide complete and accurate information for the performance of services. Nancysul undertakes to respect data confidentiality and to provide services with the professional diligence specific to the field. Any tax or investment recommendation is provided on an advisory basis and does not constitute a guarantee of financial results.
Nancysul assumes no liability for indirect losses, moral damages, or economic consequences resulting from the application of recommendations. The total liability of Nancysul for any claim is limited to the value of the fee paid for the specific service in question. The User confirms understanding of the risks associated with tax planning and investments.
Nancysul may suspend or terminate access to services in the event of a breach of terms, provision of false information, or non-payment of fees. The User may terminate the contract with 30 days' notice, subject to payment for services already rendered.
Nancysul reserves the right to modify these terms, with 15 days' prior notice via email or on the website. Continued use of the services after modifications constitutes acceptance of the new conditions.
